Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 1.000 within Sweden. For orders below SEK 1.000, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. The delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location within Sweden. For remote areas, delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal: According to EU and Swedish laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by sending an email to our customer service at returns@tillsjoss.se. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

Return Shipping Costs: If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day period, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.
